I had ordered keys at a kiosk and the first cut key didn’t work . I called customer service and they refunded that key . A week later I received my other two keys in the mail and they work great . They have excellent customer service and I will highly recommend them.

Automated kiosk. Scanned my storm door key, responded that it could duplicate it. I told it to make 6 copies. None of them work. Close inspection shows their copies are all short. The last entire key pin is missing. Since it is an automated kiosk, all the company can do is refund my credit card. I've asked for that refund, and I am waiting. I still have to find a human locksmith who can make these keys. Disappointing.

It went through all of the steps except cutting the key and then said that my order couldn't be completed. I wish it had a notice before I even started that it wasn't working.
